Assistant Manager - Facility
- Responsible for Site Identification & Premises finalization within the approved budgets, Projects.
- Lease Management (Registration & Renewals of agreements) across locations.
- Responsible for opening of new branches. Floor plan (layout) finalization.
- Coordination and review of day to day refurbishment work.
- Arrange legal papers for due diligence / title search.
- Procurement of assets for branch setup.
- Coordinate for electricity and power back up with landlords & vendors.
- Coordination with services agencies.
- Completion of other activities as per branch-setup Checklist.
- Tracking of lease renewals/rent escalation with Admin-HO
- Coordinate with IT for infrastructure, lease lines etc.
- Preparation of snag list and completion of the same.
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, AutoCAD etc)
- Coordination & Vendor Management.
