Job Description

  • Responsible for Site Identification & Premises finalization within the approved budgets, Projects.
  • Lease Management (Registration & Renewals of agreements) across locations.
  • Responsible for opening of  new branches. Floor plan (layout) finalization.
  • Coordination and review of day to day refurbishment work.
  • Arrange legal papers for due diligence / title search.
  • Procurement of assets for branch setup.
  • Coordinate for electricity and power back up with landlords & vendors.
  • Coordination with services agencies.
  • Completion of other activities as per branch-setup Checklist.
  • Tracking of lease renewals/rent escalation with Admin-HO
  • Coordinate with IT for infrastructure, lease lines etc.
  • Preparation of snag list and completion of the same.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, AutoCAD etc)
  • Coordination & Vendor Management.
