Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (Bangalore)

1. Sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, internet and social networking sites.
2. Sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.
3. Evaluate profiles of candidates and ensures that profiles meet hiring requirements.
4. Acting as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
5. Utilizing understanding of job market, job responsibilities, professional competencies and transferable skills to read between the lines when matching clients to opportunities .
6. Responsible for sourcing and pre-qualifying candidates.
7. Must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
8. Proficient in the use of Job Portals like Naukri & LinkedIn to source Candidates.
9. Must have proven past record of mass hiring of 200+ per month
10. Relevant Experience required of 4-5 years
