Job Description

  • Maps the area assigned for identifying business potential and channel development
  • Identify business opportunities by conducting cold call, and by organising innovative events for meeting business prospects
  • Coordinates events with Marketing Executives, Promoters and ensures attendance(from invitations, ability to handle parents queries, ability to present and explain the product to the prospects)
  • Sells Products, Business Model& Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by updating self with latest developments
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Updated with Market information and able to prepare reports by collecting all type of datas, usage of statistical techniques,market demand / trends, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Most important is accomplishing the Organisational Goal by putting best efforts and ideations.
  • Experience Required 4- 6 years of work experience in the field of Sales Promotion, Presentations, Channel Development, Setting New business, ATL / BTL activities in the area. 
  • Candidates with a good flair for sales with prior exposure and sound knowledge of English (both written and Communication) would likely be considered. Preferably associated with School Level Education Industry / Franchising / Business Development / Channel Expansion etc.

Qualification Required

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing will be preferred, must have studied Science till 12th Class. Smart and Active, passion for achieving the Sales goal.
  • Skills required: Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Dedicated.

Any Mandatory elements

  • Mobility: Should have own vehicle to move within Gurgaon city. 
  • Preferably from Gurgaon as the job needs them to report on flexible timings.
